Hi! Stress? This will help you: It's so cute isn't it?
Well, what really help me with stress is actually... ... working out everyday in the morning. I may not have the best bod or the 6 pack abs. But I feel good everyday. All because I made the effort to workout everyday in the morning. Here's what I did everyday:
Easy? Well if you only have 10 minutes to spare every morning before going off to work... ... then jump rope or some quick bodyweight exercise can help. Try it! Dean 'Back Out Of Nowhere' Green www.dgsports.co

Hey,
This is something I learned from Pavel Tsatsouline - Super Joints. In that book, he teaches you exercises and stretches that you can do everyday to keep your joints (knees, elbows) healthy for the rest of your life. One of the exercise that you can do starting tomorrow when you get up is a Deep Squat. When you get up, do a quick 20 reps deep squat (go as low as you can) and that's it. Keep doing it. Not only it'll strengthen your legs and joints, but strengthen your core and keep the blood flowing so that you'll get up. And hey, 20 is not too much isn't it? Goodluck and let me know what you think. Dean Green 'The Mean Machine' DGsports p.s. Do you fancy a watch that can track how far you run without using GPS? Click here if you wanna know more. Hi,
This tool that I am about to share with you are mostly favoured by boxers and fighters. It was used to improve the coordination of your body with complex movements. Not only that, it will help you to train yourself to be fast, agile, improve endurance and strength. That means, this tool will help you burn more fats and build more strength better than running. Of course, running has it's place, but if you do 30 minutes of this kind of training, you train almost all of your body parts including your brain. If you can guess what this is... you're good. I'm talking about Jump Rope. I've been using Jump Ropes as part of my training, and pre-match warmup. I just have to have this tool more than anything else. But the drawbacks with jump ropes is that, it's a bit hard to learn at first. It took me awhile even to master the basics. But, once you mastered one simple move, trust me... ... you will be addicted to it. Addicted. That's a very strong word. Well, if you want to try whether jump ropes can help you, there are 2 things I want you to do: #1 Get a jump rope that has a plastic rope. It's way much better than the cloth rope. I personally use this one below. You can find this in your local sports store. I found mine at Hua Ho around $25. Click on the link below to see how it looks like: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MFR22S4/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687462&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B003Z97524&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0Y36V7YKJMC7BHGZ4KZQ #2 Learn to master the basic jump rope moves. Here's one video I found on youtube that can help you. Click on the link below to watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60Ug5rnTYfk Hope that helps. Dean DGsports.co p.s. Thanks for those who reach out to me. I am developing an audio program to help people to start working out. Will let you know about it. Hi,
I understand that having a flu can be annoying. You need to have tissue around you to wipe your nose. And you will look unprofessional if you are in a meeting or something. Well, here are 3 tips that can make you a super Flu resistant machine for this year (well, no MC for you this year then): #1 Always, always wash your hand with soaps This is obviously to keep you away from those bacteria which will give you the cold. #2 Do the twist! Research shown that if you twist your torso (as an exercise) can reduce your adrenalin level. The lesser adrenaline level you have shows that you have a very strong immune system. #3 Go out in the sun! The sun will give you the vitamins that are very essential for your health and strengthen your immune system. But not during this hazy weather though. Well, the best option for you, if you want to sweat is to either hit the gym or workout at home. I got a few stuff that will help you to get fit at home. You can check it all out here at: www.dgsports.co/store Dean DGsports.co Hi,
I got a very interesting question back then. "How to stay motivated to exercise when you're working full-time?" This is insanely hard question to answer. I gotta be honest with you. When I was working full-time before as a lecturer, I don't have a fix schedule... ... on some days I will be teaching in the evening, on some days I'll be working 8-5. Usually by 5pm, I'll be dead. So, what did I do to force myself: #1 Get a workout buddy This works, because you are going to meet your best buddy and have some fun, so less pressure on you. I did this for quite some time. We would jog together and have a little chit chat all the way. It's fun. #2 Join a class I joined a few classes that are free and paid. I tried Freeletics with groups of interesting people... hell yea it was fun. I used to join a Muay Thai gym as well after work. It's paid, so by paying, it will make you feel like it's a waste if you don't go for it. #3 Buy a large set of mirror So that you can look at yourself. If you're a guy, imagine how you would look if a girl sees you. Attractive? If not, go out! Lol. Hope that helps. Well, another thing that can help you is definitely by working out at home. I have a few equipments that you can use. But let me suggest you to have a look at the TRX Suspension Trainer. Why I love it? It was used by top athletes - fighter, golfers, tennis, footballers - you name it. Used by top gyms - Some gyms that I went to will have this Suspension trainer hanging around in their gym It's Fun - This is the best part. The workout videos for the TRX is available for free when you buy it from me. Yet, if you need extra workout, you can go to their website and it's pretty affordable. Nuff said, why don't you check it out here: www.dgsports.co/trx Carpe Diem, Dean DGsports.co Hi, I understand that there will be times when we are too busy with life and work, that forgot to take care of ourselves. It made us feel bad. We didn't workout... just because we're too busy with work and with life. Them we get unhealthy... and working out seems to be the hardest thing to do. When working out is the hardest thing to do, we started wishing if we could turn back time and not do it all over again. I made that mistake. And I don't want myself or you to make the same mistake. I don't want you to regret for not keeping yourself in shape and later on blame yourself in the future. It hurts. Keep in shape buddy. And Carpe Diem,

Here's the link: http://www.dgsports.co/store.html Hi, It's sad to see some people stop whatever they're doing either at the start, halfway or towards the end. Then came up with excuses. I'm going to be very honest with you. I did the same too. Few programs that I tried, I quit on them. No excuses, I suck. That's it. The point is, when you quit, you're done. A quitter. No excuses. There are no logical reasons behind it. A quitter. Are you offended? If you are, you're found guilty. That's because I'm trying to help you out right here. Take a look at this quote: So, if you are in the middle of a program, or a weight-loss plan... ... don't give up. Not this time baby. Just food for thought. Carpe Diem, Dean DGsports.co p.s. A research done by JAMA Network, children who play outside the house around 40mins a day can reduce the effect of nearsightedness. This is an advice for parents. Though I am not married let alone have kids, we should take this advice. I still remember my childhood, up until I was a teenage boy... we go outside, and play and get dirrrrty. I miss it. It's kinda sad to see kids nowadays gets stuck with their phones. My little sister for example, would just lie on the couch the whole day with her head stuck to her phone. Makes me wanna take the phone and throw it away. Even though this advice is for children, we can take this advice too. If you are the kind who didn't go out other than work, at least make some effort to enjoy the sun. Clean outside the house, or go jog when the sun is up. Your body needs the vitamins from the sun. And another cool thing is, if you have a garage outside your house or a big tree, it will be really cool if you could hang the TRX Suspension Trainer. It makes you look like a total bad ass. If you want the TRX Suspension Trainer, click the link below, I have one for you: www.dgsports.co/trx Dean DGsports.co p.s. Go outside and get dirrrrty Hi,
Recently I saw a video on Facebook where a group of Palestinian guys were doing street workouts... ... on destroyed buildings. They were at war. Everyday, they were bombed by the Israels. People die every day. Yet, this young dudes were still doing 'street' workouts at this war zone. They could have died. Yet, this doesn't stop them from doing their workout. If I were there, I would probably pray all day long not to be killed by the stupid missiles... or probably join the fight. What does this tells you? There's actually no excuse not to keep your health in check. If you're busy working 8-5, there's always time before or after. If it's hard for you to go out of the house... even better. Because I have what you need to workout at home. Give yourself a chance to try this TRX Suspension Trainer for 30 days, and if you don't like it... ... you can return it to me. So far, this thing had never been returned. I myself have one, and I won't give it away or sell it even if I'm dead broke. Here's the link to that bad boy: www.dgsports.co/trx Dean DGsports.co |
